The Missoula People’s Market extends a warm invitation to guest vendors! If you’re an artist or craftsman selling your own work, this is the place for you. Here are the details you need to know:

1. Qualifications:

   • Guest vendors must create handmade items.

   • We accept a wide variety of work, including but not limited to:

     • Paintings

     • Sculptures

     •  photography

     • Ceramics

     • Illustrations

     • Jewelry

     • Woodcrafts

     • Handmade clothing

     • Needlecrafts

     • Machine-made items with significant embellishment.

2. Logistics:

   • The market runs every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm, starting from May 3rd through September 26th 

   • Guest vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guest vendor spots are not assigned until 7:30 (however guest vendors have been known to line up as early at 6am)

3. Fee:

   • The fee to be a guest vendor is $25 per market.

   • We request that the fee be paid by exact cash or check only.

4. How to Join Us:

   • Park near the intersection of Higgins and Pine.

   • Head west on Pine Street.

   • Find the market coordinators at the Market booth on the corner of Pine and Ryman and tell them that you would like to be a guest vendor..   Check in location may change to the deck at the Meagher Bar.  If you cant locate the market booth just ask any of our friendly vendors!!

   • At 6:45 the market coordinators will take the first person in line and have the vendor pay the market fee of $25, vendor will be given a receipt with a number on it (number indicates where your position in line is). Return to the market booth at 7:30 and we will start assigning spaces. 

   • You’ll need to fill out a form with your basic information and sign a liability waiver.

   • Once completed and the $25 fee is paid, you’ll be randomly assigned an available space.

   • Space letters and numbers are painted on the street—locate your spot and start setting up!

5. Set-Up Details:

   • You’re allowed to pull your car into your space for unloading.

   • Load in, park your car, and then return to finish your set-up.

   • This process helps prevent traffic through the market.

   • Your set-up must be complete when the market opens at 9 am.

   • If you plan to set up a canopy, note that we require proper weighting: 25 lbs per corner for canopies and 50 lbs for umbrellas.

   • Shelter is optional, especially on beautiful days.

   • Guest vending with us provides a fantastic opportunity to showcase your original work in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
